The current Camry represents the 6th generation that was introduced for the year 2007. In the 1st year the base model was named as CE; other than that there have been no significant changes for 2010.
The current 2011 model is a 4-door sedan that is available in 4 trim levels: Base, LE, SE, and XLE.
All the models are front wheel drive; the buyers can choose from 2 available engines: a 2.5-L 4-cylinder engine for 169 hp and a 3.5-L V6 for 268 hp and 248 pound feet of torque. Both the engines are mated to either a 6-speed manual gearbox or a 6-speed automatic transmission.

The estimated fuel economy with manual transmission is 22 mpg in the city, 33 mpg on highway, and 26 mpg in combined driving, while with automatic it drops to 19/28/23 mpg.
