McLaren’s next supercar is now beginning testing in Spain and Germany ahead of the car’s debut in 2014. It is still designing to outdo the performance credentials of the mighty Bugatti Veyron.
Ricardo will be powered by a 5.0-liter V-8 engine to generate 799 hp, mated to a 7-speed dual-clutch transmission system. The power will be transmitted to rear wheels.
The vehicle will be able to reach 0-60 mph in just 2.8 seconds, 0-100 mph in 5.5 seconds, and 0-200-mph in 20.0 seconds.
