The production edition of new Focus ST will be released shortly at the upcoming Frankfurt Motor Show. This hot hatchback will be available for United States customers by the end of 2012.
The ST model is not a part of SVT, unlike the previous version that was sold in NA. However, the new ST represents that it is a part of global performance category at Ford.
This model has got a wide-mouth trapezoidal grill and a dual-outlet exhaust, which gives it distinct looks. It is featured with a 2-liter turbocharged eco-boost motor engine, couple to a six speed manual transmission.
New ST comes with bigger brakes, lowered chassis, and suspension tuning tweaks; more details about the vehicle will be revealed at the Frankfurt auto show.
