Ferrari plans to unveil the new Ferrari 458 Spider at 2011 Frankfurt Auto Show. This will be the world’s first mid-engine car, which comes with a retractable hard top, delivering supreme comfort, performance as well as handling.
The design of the rear body is streamlined to optimize air flow, and the weight of the car has been brought down to 3,402 pounds to enhance its performance.
This beast of a vehicle churns out 570 horsepower, and delivers high torsion of 400 pound-feet.
The new dual clutch seven speed gearbox not just operates smoothly, but also gives a great pick-up too!
