Ferrari 458 Spider debuted last Monday at the 2011 Guangzhou Auto Show.
It is a two seater vehicle with 8 cylinder engine that features mid-engine design. It is highlighted by a fully retractable aluminium hard-top, which is also the world’s first ever for a sports vehicle.
The release of 458 Spider in signifies the importance of Chinese auto market for the Italian car maker. The Chinese market became the second largest market for Ferrari in just 9 months.
The elite sports car manufacture is also said to have inked a three year contract that almost ensures the long time presence of Ferrari at a big exhibition are in the interiors of the Italian Expo hall in the city of Shanghai.
