Vento is expected to be positioned in the premium category with higher brand value. It comes with the same engine as that of VW Polo, i.e. 1.6L petrol and diesel engines.
The petrol engine has the ability to offer a torque of 105 PS, while the diesel engine generates 250 NM. It is introduced with both manual and automatic transmission system.
The petrol version comes with a five-speed and six-speed automatic transmission, while the diesel engine comes with only standard five-speed manual gearbox.
The new Vento features dynamic exterior and interior that is common on different segments of this brand.

Twenty-one year VW designer, Yuhan Zhang has been creating some interesting online buzz about her new hovercraft concept car, which she named as “VW Aqua”; here’s an insight…
The manufacturer’s new Hovercraft concept car is going to be visualization of Yuhan Zhang, a 21 year old VW designer who is seriously working on her new hovercraft concept car design, which has been named as Volkswagen Aqua.
Recently this concept car was selected at the 2011 car design awards, which was sponsored by Chrysler,, VW, GM and Daimler.
It is expected to be propelled by an advanced H2 fuel cell technology, and it will be a 2-seat, rear-wheel drive hatchback model. This concept would have the ability to get charged wirelessly, and it would be luxurious too, but the primary attraction is it’s unique power-train.
