2011 Chevrolet Equinox has a capacity of generating 182 horsepower, and 172 lb-feet of torsion with its 2.4 liter 4 cylinder locomotive engine.

The optional 3 liter V6 engine pumps out about 264 horsepower, and 222 pound-feet of torsion; both the engines are coupled to six speed auto transmission with a four wheel drive-train, which can be availed optionally.

New Chevy Cruze combines funky styling with adequate power, packed at an affordable price.

It now even comes with cruise control system, and goodies that are only seen on luxury class sedan, though at a really affordable price of around $20,000 in US, and Rs 13,00,000 in Indian market.

Apart from great exteriors and beautiful interiors, new Chevrolet Cruze also offers great safety features, which include Dual front SRS airbags, Antilock Brake system, Electronic Stability Control, Front Ventilated Disc Brakes and many others.

Additionally, you get side-impact beams, warning lamp for driver seatbelt, adjustable front seat belts and knee protector, which promise a safe drive.

2010 Chevrolet Equinox: The Best Midsize SUV?

The 2010 Chevrolet Equinox is a mid size SUV that has the seating capacity of five passengers. It is currently offered in 1LT, 2LT, LTZ, and LS trim levels.

The conventional amenities provided in the standard 1LT and LS trims are quite decent.

On the other hand, the 2LT trim includes additional features like upgraded audio, and automatic climate control.
