2010 Ford F-150 Review

The 2010 Ford F-150 gets stronger, with introduction of a restored Harley-Davidson version, and an exclusive off-roader model known as the Raptor.

The power train remains to be a 4.6-liter V8 engine that paired to a 4-speed automatic transmission.

Power Train

Power levels of 248-hp and 310-hp are churned out by the 4.6-liter and 5.4 V8 engine respectively, teamed with 6-speed automatic transmission mechanism. The 5.4-liter V8 engine has the capacity to run with E85 ethanol-blended fuel and generates 320 hp. It has towing capacity of 11,300 lbs.

Drive Train

The next generation Ford F-150 is designed with four-wheel drive as well as front-wheel drive those are only for dry pavement with a low-range gearing. The 2010 Ford F-150 is available with curtain and front side airbags, traction control, ABS, and antiskid system.

Trims

The 2010 Ford F-150 is available in extended cab, super cab, and regular cab forms having rear-hinged back doors dependant of front doors, and can’t open independently. The Super Crew and Crew Cab variants have four standard doors. The bed lengths of these variants are 8, 6.5, and 5.5 feet respectively, but models with bed length of 6.5-feet are not available anymore.
