Nanya 2010 Ford Explorer is offered with FWD configuration along with a comfortable interior three-row seating. In addition to this, the vehicle is also available with electronic trailer sway control, front airbags, roll stability control, and curtain side airbags.

Coming to engine details, Explorer is available with two different engine variants. Among these two, the smaller one is the 4.0 liter V6 engine, connected to a single overhead camshaft and 12 valves. The engine has a bore of about 3.95 inches, stroke of about 3.32 inches, and compression ratio of about 9.7:1. With this engine, the vehicle delivers 254 lbs-ft of torque at 3,700 rpm and 210 hp of power at 5,100 rpm.
The other available engine is a 4.6 liter V8, which has a single overhead camshaft and 24 valves. This engine has 3.55 inches bore and 3.54 inches stroke. In addition to this, the compression ration of this engine is 9.8:1. With this engine, 315 lbs-ft of torque and 292 hp of power are generated.
